Specialised in the manufacturing of made to measure nets, France Trampoline can provide you with various types of fixation solutions for your suspended net.
It is essential that your suspended net is well attached on all sides in order to have perfect distribution of weight and tension on the whole surface. We know that it is not always possible to have a full supporting structure to fix your net, this is why at France Trampoline, we provide rigging screws and stainless steel wire ropes (sold separately).
- This 10 mm rigging screw terminal is made up of 2 parts, the first one is a crimp to attach the wire rope and the second a jaw to attach to your fixings (pitons, deck plates…)
- The rigging screw terminal is made up of a fork shackle and a crimping screw. The fork will attach itself to a fixing (12 x 120 mm piton or deck plate), on the adjacent wall to your missing wall. The wire rope will fix into a crimp fitting. It is tightened thanks to the rigging screw on the opposite side to the terminal. The wire rope is stretched by screwing up.
- The easiest way to fix the net is to use a zigzag lacing system and to wind the tensioning cord between the stainless steel wire rope and the net’s boltrope.
- For a long-lasting and aesthetic look, France Trampoline advises you to embellish the wire rope with stainless steel A4 shackles that you can place along the wire rope/boltrope to avoid friction with the tensioning cord. This will allow you to prolong the life span of your material. You can find the shackles on our website.
