1 Defining your project together
First contact: during our first call, our aim is to understand your project as a whole: location, size, target… We will then send standard documents to allow you to specify your requests: brochure, plans…
At this stage our goal is to identify your needs to offer a made to measure project as each park is unique.
2 Designing plans and project costing
Once your needs specified and floor plans sent, we can provide a detailed 3D plan of your park. The first plan serves as a basis for future discussions and will most definitely be modified before getting to our final result.
Once the final plan is locked, we can cost your project and estimate a manufacturing and delivery time.
3 Order confirmation and production launch
Final plans, choice of colours and materials: once these points clarified we can confirm your order. Once the order form is signed, your order will shift into production mode.
Our products are manufactured entirely in Europe and are in accordance with all applicable standards.
4 Delivery and installation
QA few weeks after signing your order, your trampoline park will be delivered on site.
Installation is supervised by the same team that followed your sale, so they will know your project of by heart!
5 Project hand-over and technical support
Once the work completed, together we check the conformity of the installation based on initial plans. We are also available for technical support once the park is open.
