Paying for your orders

France Trampoline offers several methods of payment: Credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

In order to improve customer services, we also offer the possibility of paying for your orders in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments.

In any case, we take a lot of care to make sure that the transactions on our website are secure.

Methods of payment

The small padlock on the left of your address bar, indicates that the webpage is completely safe and all of your data is encrypted.

You can pay using one of the following bankcards: Mastercard or Visa.
For any payments over €150 on our website, we use the 3D secure system, which improves transaction safety.

How does 3D secure work?

If you wish to pay for your products using a credit or debit card, the procedure is very simple:

STEP 1: confirm your order and insert your bank details.

STEP 2: a webpage from your bank will come up on your screen to check the identity of the card user.

Once your bank details confirmed, you will be transferred to your bank website.
In the 3D Secure window which comes up, the authentication procedure to follow depends on each bank. You may be asked to:

• Enter your date of birth,
• Enter a code received by text,
• Answer a personal question
• Or any other method of identifying yourself

Please check when you order that you can receive the text from 3DS. (operator restriction, order form abroad, network coverage...).

STEP 3: Finalising and validating your order.

Once your bank has confirmed your identity, your payment is validated and your transaction is finalised. You will receive confirmation by email.

Pay in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments

At France Trampoline, we wish to offer you the best service possible, therefore we offer a payment in three or four interest-free instalments, using your credit or debit card.

Payment in 2 interest-free instalments

This type of payment can be used for any order over €200. Your payment will therefore be spread over 30 days

• The first payment, which is equal to 50% of the order, will be due upon validation of the order,
• The second payment, which is equal to 50% of the order, will be debited 30 days after the order,

Payment in 3 interest-free instalments

You can pay using 3 interest-free instalments for any product over €500. The payment will be spread over 60 days as follows:

• The first payment, which is equal to 40% of the order, will be due upon validation of the order,
• The second payment, which is equal to 30% of the order, will be debited 30 days after the order,
• he third, which is equal to 30% of the order will be debited 60 days after the order,

Safety for 2 or 3 interest-free instalments

If you're using a credit or debit card to pay in 2 or 3 instalments, you will have the same level of safety as when you pay in one go: the 3DS Secure System will immediately be offered. Your credit card will automatically be debited on the dates indicated above, without needing to put in your card number again. The transactions are encrypted and we never have access to your bank details: your personal bank authorises any debits.
