Material of very good quality, very good finish, very easy to install, delivery time and logistics follow-up excellent. One negative point: the quality of the packaging for transport!! Very average cardboard and broken lost pallet.

The only regret is that France trampoline offers the ground fixing safety kit as an option while many trampolines end up on the roadside in strong winds. Mandatory safety that should be an inherent part of the trampoline pack.

Fast delivery, trampoline easy to assemble (about 2 hours for two), for the net, plan for about the same time. The kids are thrilled! We've had it for only two days, so I can't say anything about the product's durability, but the trampoline seems to be of good quality. The green mat blends well into the garden.

I bought the trampoline with a safety net and a protective cover, and it seems to me according to the explanations that I have to put this cover before the poles supporting the protective net which seems almost impossible for a woman to do. !!!!

No issues regarding the order. Questions regarding usage find answers and a quick phone call finalized the choice. The assembly went smoothly except for the adaptation of the green sleeves on the posts which is less obvious. The overall design seems very good. The quality too.

Delivery in Moselle by the Alloin transporter leaves something to be desired. I had to go myself to the depot to pick up the package because this company kept it in stock for 3 days, without contacting us or informing us of its availability, while we wanted to have this delivery before Easter Sunday. Otherwise, ordered via the website on Friday at 10:00 PM, departure from the France Trampoline stock on Monday morning at 10:00 AM. Congratulations!

I am very happy with the efficiency and speed of processing my order. I am just disappointed that the delivery was so long (ordered on Tuesday received the following Wednesday) even though there was the Easter weekend in that week. On the other hand, the trampoline is quite simple to assemble and I am not disappointed with its quality.
