We are sorry that your experience did not meet your satisfaction.
However, in order to provide objective insight to those who consult this review, we would like to remind a few elements.
The presence of a warranty does not mean that every concerned part is automatically replaced free of charge as soon as a degradation appears during its coverage period. Like any product, a prior technical analysis is necessary to determine whether the damage results from a manufacturing or design defect covered by the warranty.
In your case, several examinations were carried out and the submitted elements did not establish the existence of a manufacturing defect justifying full coverage. That is why your initial request was denied.
Despite this conclusion, and in order to favor an amicable solution, we have made an exceptional commercial gesture particularly important on the requested parts. This proposal far exceeded the obligations we had in this case.
We therefore regret to note that after benefiting from this exceptional solution, you continue to present our intervention as a total refusal of support.
For many years, we have taken charge of products when the warranty conditions are met. However, we cannot consider that a product under warranty automatically entitles to free replacement of all concerned parts, regardless of the analysis carried out.
We remain convinced that we have handled this case seriously, examining the request, justifying our decision, and proposing, despite our disagreement on the substance, a particularly favorable commercial solution.

The product sheet for this net does not mention specific compatibility with the brand of your trampoline. Indeed, two trampolines of similar diameter can have design differences, particularly in terms of the number of poles, their positioning, or the net attachment system.

We remain available to assist you: do not hesitate to send us some photos of your trampoline, the installed net, as well as a precise description of the problem encountered. This way, we can verify the situation and advise you accordingly.
