Super professional and responsive. Following the storm, the straps on my trampoline gave way. Damage limited to one tube of the perimeter. Customer service identified my trampoline from 2012. Delivery the next day. Trampoline repaired immediately.

We are sincerely sorry if the installation manual was not clear enough. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our products and support.

To date, we have not received any other comments on this specific point, but we take your experience very seriously. The manual normally details the different steps for installing the cable, and explanatory videos are also available on our product sheets to assist with the assembly.

The order was placed by phone. Friendly, pleasant and good advice staff. The only "hic" is not the responsibility of France Trampoline but of the carrier DPD who never contacted me and left the packages in front of my gate in my absence. Fortunately, I wasn't away for the weekend. I expressed my "surprise" to them.

Delivery time of 2 to 5 days not respected. The trampoline did not arrive in time for our child's birthday. The delivery took 10 days.

We apologize for the delivery delay which occurred 2 days after the announced deadline. As a reminder, the announced deadline of 2 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) starts after handing over to the carrier. Having ordered on Friday evening, May 30, your order was handed over to the carrier the following Monday afternoon, and with the public holiday on June 9, we should have delivered to you on June 10 and not June 12. France Trampoline spontaneously decided to replace the jumping mat of a large trampoline due to the presence of a hole that appeared 3 months after the expiration of the legal 2-year warranty. Only the shipping costs were at my expense. Shipment was made quickly. Kudos for the quality of your customer relationship.

I bought a new protective net for my trampoline purchased 15 years ago. I was very disappointed with the quality of this product compared to the net I had, which was obviously purchased from you. The zipper is of a single length without a return and not reinforced, the thickness of the mesh of the net is considerably reduced. The old net must weigh double that of the new one. It's a shame to reduce costs and compromise quality. I will hesitate to recommend France trampoline now.

Order shipped quickly. Easy to install, need a ratchet strap for tension. Detailed documentation, quality material. I had the choice between France Trampoline and a Chinese site, even if it is also made in China, it is of good quality. And it supports a Bordeaux company, let's buy French when possible.
