Commitment n°2 : Up to 5 year warranty
As we meticulously manufacture our trampolines, we can offer a warranty of up to five years for garden trampolines. France Trampoline has one of the lowest return rates for its products on the market.
This confirms the fact that we provide high quality, resistant nets and trampolines.
Commitment n°3 : rapid delivery and tailored services
Once you order is received, we prepare and deliver the products ordered.
Trampoline delivery
After delivery to the carrier, you will be delivered in Europe within 2 to 5 working days (and 10 days maximum), except if we are out of stock. If we are out of stock, the expected delivery time will be indicated on the product sheet.
The haulier will contact you by telphone or SMS 24 or 48 hours before delivery for the delivery of trampoline to check your availabilities.

Do you have constraints in terms of delivery date? You can indicate when entering the delivery information the date from which you want to be delivered.
Delivery of garden games and accessories
For all our ninja courses, zip lines, spare parts and accessories, we offer delivery in Europe from 2 to 5 working days (after delivery to the carrier). Based on the size of your ordered product(s), you may choose from several hauliers (Colissimo, DPD / ex Exapaq, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost).

Once your trampoline has been delivered, we ensure spare parts for many years to come. We are very careful to follow up on our clients and their equipment.
As a specialist on the market, we have many spare parts in stock, in order to provide you with the piece you need, even if your trampoline was bought elsewhere.
With incredible knowledge on technical trampoline specifications, our after sales service team are experts in the field. They can recommend a range of spare parts and accessories for your trampoline, even if it was not bought at France Trampoline. .
