Rapid, Personalized Delivery

Delivery of trampolines: shipped between 24 and 48 hours, delivered within 2 to 5 working days after delivery to the carrier

All our trampolines are generally in stock, which allows us to ship within 24-48 hours. If a product is out of stock, the shipping time is indicated on the Product data sheet.

Once your product has been shipped, it will be dellivered to you within 2 to 5 business days. All in all, your order will be delivered to you at the latest 10 days after placing your order, depending on the delivery address (mainland France).

Haulier delivery at a pre-arranged time

Your trampoline will be delivered by a reliable haulier with excellent credentials and a very high service rate. The haulier will contact you 24 - 48 hours beforehand to agree with you on a day for delivery. Please remember to include a phone number where you can be reached when placing your order (preferably a mobile number).

Choose your delivery date

When completing your order delivery information, you may indicate a preferred delivery date. You may also indicate a preferred delivery date when placing your order, whether online or with a purchase order form. We will do our utmost to respect this preferred date; however, this date cannot be considered as contractual. Our haulier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

Express delivery

For express delivery (between 24 and 48 hours depending on the department to be delivered to, and for orders placed before 12 pm), please contact us at contact@france-trampoline.com or by telephone 00 33 (0)5 56 36 04 62 so that we can offer you the best price for an express delivery.

Should one or several items be unavailable when placing your order, we will ship your order on the dates indicated in your shopping cart.


Delivery of accessories and spare parts

Delivery in mainland France in 2 to 5 working days. Depending on the size of your order, different types of delivery are available (Colissimo, DPD, Mondial Relay or Chronopost).

In the case of delivery by Chronopost, orders are delivered the next day before 1pm (Chronopost 13) or before 6pm (Chronopost 18) for orders placed before 11am only. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the following day.


Delivery address change

The delivery address given to the haulier is considered final.

It is possible to change the delivery address but will entail additional delivery costs to the customer. The reason for this is that modifying a delivery address generally triggers a change in the haulier agency and subsequently additional management costs. These costs will be charged to you by the haulier, and normally should not exceed 40 euros (including VAT). Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Please be advised that an address change may result in an average delivery delay of 2 - 3 business days.

Make sure that the agreed delivery address can be reached by truck (30m3, van type). If you have any doubts about accessibility, please tell the carrier when making the appointment, so that you can agree on a delivery location close to your home that is convenient for you and accessible to the delivery truck.

It is also possible to consider a delivery by an adapted truck if you imperatively wish a home delivery and your home is not accessible, but additional costs will then apply, which will be at your charge.

Free delivery on all orders that include a leisure trampoline in mainland France.

Delivery costs indicated on our web site and on purchase order forms include VAT and apply to mainland France only (Corsica and coastal islands not included).

The indicated delivery costs of accessories and spare parts apply to deliveries in mainland France only.

Should you wish to be delivered to Corsica or a coastal island, when entering your delivery address please select the field France (Corsica) or France (coastal islands). The additional delivery costs will be applied to your shopping cart based on the haulier's fees.

Delivery within the European Union

All EU-member customers may place their orders directly on our website.

To do so, simply create a customer account with your address and delivery destination country, and the delivery costs of your order will automatically appear in your shopping cart.


Delivery to Switzerland and non-EU countries

Place your order directly on our website for your leisure trampolines, outdoor games. Many non-EU countries already qualifiy for delivery.

For the delivery costs to appear in your shopping cart, simply create a customer account on our site, providing your address and delivery destination country.

Deliveries to Switzerland are exempt from French VAT, but subject to Swiss customs duty and VAT (8%) at time of delivery. These taxes are determined by the Swiss Customs Authorities, who authorize the free flow of goods in Switzerland.

The amount due will not include French VAT, but will be subject to any customs duty applicable by the country to which the order will be shipped. For further information, please contact the proper authorities in the desired delivery destination country.


Article displayed in the process of being upgraded

In the event of a stock shortage on an article or a pack composed of several articles, the order will only be sent when the article or articles in the same order are all available at the same time.

An estimated date of return to stock is mentioned on our website allowing you to estimate the delivery time of your global order. This delay is theoretical and can in no way result in the payment of damages to the customer or his service providers.

If there is no return date mentioned in your order, this means that we do not yet know the return date for the item concerned.

If you wish to have the items in stock sent to you first, you will be asked to pay a charge of 7.99 euros (including VAT) for the second delivery of your order to your home by the carrier DPD.
