Rapid and personalised delivery

Trampoline deliveries : shipment in under 48 hours, delivery between 3 to 5 working days

All of our trampolines are generally in stock, allowing us to ship your order in under 24 to 48 hours.
If we are out of stock, the delay will be indicated on the product data sheet.

Once handed over to the haulier, they will deliver your products within 3 to 5 working days.
You will therefore receive you order within maximum 10 calendar days, depending on your region (mainland France).

Delivery with scheduled appointment with the haulier

Delivery of your trampoline is carried by a well-known haulier, with high-quality delivery services. The haulier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery in order to make an appointment. This is why we ask you to give us a valid telephone number, if possible a mobile number, when you order.

Managing our constraints regarding time of delivery

When you fill in your delivery information, you can also indicate the date at which you would like a delivery. You can also indicate a date on the order form or on the website when you place your order. We will do our best to respect delivery times; however, it is impossible for us to guarantee this date 100%. Our courier cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Express deliveries

If you wish to have a rapid delivery (between 24-48 hours depending on your region), please contact us at contact@france-trampoline.com or by telephone 00 33 (0)5 56 36 04 62 so that we can offer you the best price for an express delivery.

If one or several articles are unavailable when you make your purchase, we will deliver your products according to the delivery times mentioned in your cart.


Delivery of accessories and spare parts

Delivery in mainland France in 2 to 5 jours working days. Depending on the size of your order, two types of delivery are available. (Colissimo, DPD / ex Exapaq or Chronopost).


Delivery made to measure nets

The manufacturing delay varies depending on the product ordered. Our sales team will always give you an estimated delivery time with your personalised quote.


Changing your delivery address

Once your delivery address is sent to the haulier, it is considered to be definitive.

Changing your delivery address is possible, however you will be responsible for any extra charges. A change of address can mean changing haulier agency and therefore extra costs. These costs will be on average around 40€ VAT incl. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Please note that any change of address can increase your delivery delay by an average of 2 to 3 days.


Delivery costs

Free delivery for orders including a trampoline for mainland France

Delivery costs mentionned on our website and order form are VAT included and are valid for deliveries to mainland France only (Corsica and coastal islands excluded).

Accessories and spare parts: the delivery costs indicated are only valid for mainland France only.

If you wish to be delivered in Corsica or on another island, please choose France (Corsica) or France (Islands), when asked for your country of delivery. Additional delivery costs will be added according to the fees demanded by the haulier.

For any deliveries in the French overseas departments and territories or any other country abroad, please contact us directly on contact@france-trampoline.com or by telephone 00 33 (0)5 56 36 04 62. We will be able give you a personalised quote.


Delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg

For any deliveries in Belgium or Luxembourg, for a trampoline or a Premium enclosure, extra delivery costs will be added to your order. The extra delivery cost is modified once you have created your account and confirmed your delivery address.


Delivery to Switzerland and outside the EU

You can order all leisure trampoline products directly on our website.

To view you delivery costs in your cart, all you need to do is create an account on our website and fill in your delivery address in Switzerland. Once the account is confirmed, price will also be shown VAT excluded.

Delivery costs are DAP, this means they include transport to your front door and administrative export and import fees. You will need to add upon delivery Swiss VAT (8%) and Swiss customs taxes (about 30 CHF per 100 kg).

For countries outside the EU, you can also order on our website. For a personalized quotre with delivery to your country feel free to contact us by e-mail contact@france-trampoline.com or by telephone 00 33 (0)5 56 36 04 65. As for Switzerland, the ordser will be VAT excluded and you may be asked to pay customs taxes upon delivery. For more details regarding your countries VAT or customs taxes please contact your official competent services.
