perfect
Happy with the quality and color of the product. A small downside for games with accessories, the instructions provide the assembly of the dome without accessories and you have to undo part of the dome for the accessories. Be careful to read all the instructions before installation, if accessories.
Super compliant with our expectations
Compliant products
The family enjoys it. Great product. The assembly is easier with two people and the ratchet strap is a real plus for cable tension.
Thank you very much for your excellent feedback! What a pleasure to know that the whole family is fully enjoying your setup. We wish you many more moments of joy with your family! The France Trampoline team
Super fast and true to the original.
Super product... Fast delivery.
Ok
Product as described and fast delivery
Very good material, quick assembly with 2 adults, my 2 daughters aged 8 and 10 are having a blast.
all packages were received in good condition and on the scheduled day. The trampoline is obviously assembled and I find that the different assembly instructions are not obvious to use...
Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback on the JUMP UP 300 trampoline. We have taken your comment about the assembly instructions into account. We will send you an email on the subject to improve ourselves. Best regards,
The material was delivered on time and perfectly packaged in several boxes. No defects.
Purchase of a swing to hang on a climbing dome of 3m in diameter and 1.52m in height. However, the ropes of the swing are far too long, impossible for my 4-year-old child to swing as his feet touch the ground. Don't expect to return a product to France Trampoline, shipping costs at our expense + a fee of €10 for processing the return!...
Hello, Please feel free to send us photos of your swing installation on your dome. This item has not changed for years and it was simple to adjust so that the little ones could play with it in the dome. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.

Replacement parts conforming to the descriptions. Great
The purchased item met my needs. However, I regret the excessive packaging, which forces one to buy more than necessary, and in a world where it is important to adjust consumption, I find that a shame.
Hello Julien, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad that the product perfectly meets your needs. We also take note of your comment regarding the packaging, which helps us continue our efforts to provide increasingly tailored solutions. The France Trampoline team
Good product even if tightening the cable is not easy, but I was able to use a strong pull!
