Don't change anything, personally, I am very satisfied with your customer service and delivery service, the contacts with both services went very well and smoothly. For the assembly, the instructions are very clear, I completed the assembly in 3 hours and only needed help for the installation of the jumping net. (for a 3.90m)

Just a remark regarding the carrier from the Rhône-Alpes region. The online commercial service is completely unresponsive and unpleasant to our remarks regarding the time and date of delivery. Everything impeccable... Except for the carrier who arrived at 3 PM when I had specified not to be home after 3 PM! Regarding the order, everything went well, fast delivery,... the assembly was quite doable.... and the kids are having a blast!!!! They get up half an hour early to jump on the trampoline before school... We had already tried several at friends' houses and without hesitation we chose YOUR BRAND! Thank you for everything

It would be good to be able to set a time slot for the delivery date: our purchase was intended for our second home and we were not allowed to have it delivered during the school holidays. Fortunately, we were able to arrange with our neighbor.

Order placed on Monday at 10 PM received on Wednesday at 2 PM!!!! Everything is perfect, super quality, nothing to compare with what you find elsewhere... Clear instructions, quick assembly in 2 hours with two people (trampoline 4m60 + net)... My 3 children are delighted, (the older ones too!!!) they spend all their time in it, they never get tired of it, it's great.... I really recommend these trampolines which are truly of superior quality, it was important for the safety of my children...

I did not give the maximum, because it is (in my opinion) very unfortunate that the gift offered with the order is not part of the initial delivery. So a small downside at that level!!! Otherwise, everything else was impeccable, but as I said previously, I hope that the delivery of the offered accessory (in this case the "trampo foot") will not take too long; because it is a birthday gift, and it would be more than unfortunate if the entire package did not arrive on the day.

Good trampoline, the kids are delighted and the adults too! The 4.30 m is a good size. The manual is not very clear especially for setting up the net: the "ring" in fiberglass rod is not included and I couldn't get it to be... We hesitated to take the protective cover: luckily we didn't do it because it would have been very difficult to set it up with the net and I don't think I read this warning anywhere.

Professional phone reception, however insisted with the carrier for delivery times as we had to pick up the trampoline on site to have it for Easter. After first use, the trampoline seems solid and was quick to assemble.

The manual could be a bit clearer with drawings or images.. Once the trampoline is assembled there are no more problems!
