The direct services of France Trampoline have been perfect so far. However, it is rather the delivery side that left me perplexed: I was delivered early Monday morning without having previously arranged an appointment... I suppose that if I hadn't been there, the carrier would have surely charged for the travel costs for the next appointment....

The carrier who came to deliver the trampoline was very rushed and unfriendly. So it was difficult to take the time to check the goods.

I chose a particular trampoline thanks to a friend who already had the same one and after trying it. I would have had more difficulty without that, because the choice is vast and it is difficult to make a choice when you have never tried a product, especially in terms of diameter for the trampoline. You don't know the possibilities of figures and games depending on the product. I would say more films showing all age groups in action and the different techniques to appreciate the trampoline whether you are a child or in your 3rd age. Very satisfied with the trampoline, the advice on the site helped us choose the size: 3.66m for our 2 boys (5 and 8 years old) it's already a nice size. They were able to enjoy this Christmas gift from day one as the assembly is quick. The delivery was also fast. Regarding payment, there is just a lack of an installment plan for payment in 3 times. This trampoline seems to be of very good quality and I hope it will be because despite the winter period, our 2 children can't help but do a few jumps at the slightest ray of sunshine. The trampo-foot offered pleases them a lot. A good outlet for energetic children! And in the meantime, they are not in front of the TV!

I have only compliments to make about France trampoline. The most appreciable is having a phone contact in case of need. The trampoline is perfect and the children are delighted.

We were satisfied with our order which arrived on time. For now, the trampoline is a huge success with the little ones and I have to stay vigilant to prevent the parents from taking a turn, as the weight is limited to 80 kg. The assembly did not pose any real difficulties, although I was not the one who did it.

The responsiveness on the order is perfect. The delivered item is impeccable. The instructions are impeccable, except for the ladder, where we encountered assembly problems. One small point to improve: the tracking of the package during shipping (left on the 23rd could only be delivered on the 28/12).
