I ordered fiberglass rods, one of which arrived broken, only to realize once the new protective net was unpacked that there was no way to slide the fiberglass rods on the upper part of the frame as was the case with our previous net.

I give you the maximum stars, despite a small communication problem. Having bought a mat from you recently, I thought I had the springs with it but to no avail.. the error is human and in exchange the mat is of superior quality! Very good quality of the material but the assembly instructions and delivery could be improved. Moreover, the website does not highlight the outer dimensions of the trampolines.
