I do not regret this investment at all... Arrived within the expected time, of very good quality, easy to assemble, except for two or three small details that could be hindering if you are not used to reading an assembly plan... The explanations are a bit lacking for the installation and some additions would be helpful to proceed correctly on the first try.

The supplied parts were just right, but there was one defective plastic part to secure the trampoline. I unfortunately lost a screw during assembly. I had to search my garden for a long time to finish the assembly. Instructions not clear on some steps.

Delivery 2 days after the order. Product not yet unpacked because it is winter and the weather does not allow for assembly so no opinion on after-sales service. Let's hope we don't need it.

Delivery made on time. Complete packaging, understandable assembly instructions, the assembly video is very well done and allows for verification in case of any doubt. We are completely satisfied with our purchase, ... and especially the children. We did not pay attention to the height of the trampoline and regret not having taken the ladder. Thank you
