We were very satisfied with the processing of the trampoline order and its delivery. The product perfectly matches the description and what we were looking for, with one caveat regarding the assembly and disassembly time which is much longer and more difficult than mentioned.

The trampoline is perfect

allowing to adjust the height and then if that is not enough you have the option to make a knot under the seat. We recommend using the zip line from 6 years old, so that the child can hold onto the handles and sit correctly as indicated in the usage advice. You can reduce the speed of the zip line by adjusting the slope of the course. We have tested it several times with children between 6 and 15 years old and we have not encountered any problems. We are extremely vigilant about the safety of our users and especially that of children's games, we only sell products that meet European standards. The website is well thought out but finding accessories and spare parts is not always easy. But in the end, you find what you're looking for and that's essential to enjoy your trampoline for years to come!

Seat poorly adapted for children, the gap between the seat and the handle is too large. Instructions poorly explained, we had to redo it twice. And for the price, you still have to buy a sandbag for the brake. For safety, I also bought a safety harness for the children. The zip line is very long and the child can let go at any moment. It's dangerous with the speed. I don't understand how such an item can be sold without safety accessories at least for children. Otherwise, good item, we have fun, just need to review these criteria.

Item conforms to the order but delivery was difficult because the size of the package was not accepted by the Relay point. Result: Return to the carrier and package blocked with them for several weeks. Only my phone call to France Trampoline allowed to restart the delivery process which was quick afterwards. The website should check the size of packages before offering the Relay point option.

Delivery was 1 day late but well notified. The trampoline meets my expectations exactly: sturdy, well secured, easy to assemble. It was assembled by my 2 children (9 & 14) with just a little help at the start (pushing in the bars). It passed the first storm without any problems - which was my concern given the wind surface area -; the anchoring to the ground held well.

The advice given by the operator for choosing the replacement net for our trampoline was very wise.

Parts arrived on time and impeccably packaged.
