I had requested a quote to replace damaged parts due to a storm. The quote was incomplete so I had a bad surprise at the time of ordering. I then called customer service and spoke to a very competent person, which allowed me to only order certain parts that I really needed and that were not referenced on the site. Difficult to give a positive review because the purchased fabric should have been under warranty. Indeed, the fabric had a lifespan of less than 5 years under moderate use in a secondary residence. Our previous trampoline lasted 17 years with more intensive use. The offered shipping costs are nothing more than a stopgap. There is clearly a quality problem at France Trampoline.
