The trampoline is excellent and it was easy to set up with the help of the video on the site. However, they initially sent the wrong trampoline, so they had to do an exchange. It was not ideal to have all my children around the boxes all excited and to tell them that it was not ours. I was expecting a small gift to apologize, but no, with the price paid, you should do better.

The day was well scheduled with a defined time slot, I waited... and finally received a call... the delivery person seemed a bit lost (I was indeed on his list but he did not know which city I lived in, he thought I was in Issy les Moulineaux while I live in Rueil, he told me he would come but did not... he didn't even warn me and did not apologize when I called him to ask when he was arriving because I was still waiting...
