I ordered fiberglass rods, one of which arrived broken, only to realize once the new protective net was unpacked that there was no way to slide the fiberglass rods on the upper part of the frame as was the case with our previous net.

I give you the maximum stars, despite a small communication problem. Having bought a mat from you recently, I thought I had the springs with it but to no avail.. the error is human and in exchange the mat is of superior quality! I love what you offer and will recommend it to all the acrobats or anyone I might know! I hope your company will rise in rank and will offer us trampolines of the future haha!
