Very happy with the follow-up after a reference error on my part during the online order. However, a note about the package of the football cage, of which 2 elements were damaged and thus the galvanization had peeled off. I think you do not open these packages which are directly sent back to the customer

Very professional site. Purchase of a replacement jumping mat for a trampoline that I did not buy from them. Someone contacted me to verify if my order was suitable for my trampoline and fortunately because I had not paid attention to the size of the springs. The product is of very good quality. The order met my expectations. Only downside: the delivery. The delivery person did not bother to come to the indicated address and left it at a pickup point. I had to contact France Trampoline to find out where my package was!! What’s the point of paying for home delivery!!
