I ordered 'posts' for the trampoline (a tornado had played with them)... The posts arrived well with a small difference: they are of a smaller diameter!

We are flooded with emails upon order placement. Then the delivery tracking is non-existent. You should take a cue from Chronopost so that your tracking is actually one. For example: We have information on exchanges between different logistics platforms but no estimated delivery date...
