Everything went well, except that: - the ground fixing system is an aberration, there is better to do - the net was easy to assemble, except that when we wanted to operate the zipper, it was derailed. which means it won't last long. we put it back in place. but it might fail us quite quickly. otherwise for the assembly operation everything went well.

Very happy with the customer service. It is very easy to reach someone. However, one of the recommended products was the flexible fiberglass bow; it would be wise to specify that it is sold without the elastic cord inside... a somewhat absurd thing!

Return of the broken part in the delivery was quick and without discussion. But black fiberglass is less easy to assemble than the original white one.
