Excellent customer care. I recommend the France Trampoline site, they are very serious. And the quality... WOW! Nothing to compare with the lousy trampolines sold in supermarkets. I mainly wanted safety for my children, mission accomplished! And on top of that, it's French!

Very detailed information on the site allowing for the most suitable choice, in our case an oval trampoline, perfect for our yard and offering a longer jumping area very appreciated by the children and us; simple assembly thanks to the video on the site and the manual; fast and complete delivery; quality material; really no regrets, I recommend this brand! The only small downside regarding the transport company, which requires a presence at home from 9 AM to 5 PM for delivery... and a phone contact that is a bit quick, which does not allow for going into details... so surprise on the day because the truck could not pass in our street and dissatisfaction from the driver! Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

First delivery after 6 to 7 weeks with poorly made cuts, so we had to wait another 0 days to be delivered

We opted for the 3m90 which seems to us a good compromise between size/performance. The goal was to install a trampoline suitable for both small and large, and I confirm that it delights both my little girl who is almost 4 years old and the rest of the family! The product seems really solid: even though we haven't had enough time with only 2 weeks of use, I noticed that it doesn't move when used by adults already fond of jumping. The assembly is not too complicated, the documentation is quite simple if one takes the time to read it seriously! The service was top-notch, the team I spoke to several times on the phone is competent and very helpful. Professionalism, choice, sustainability... one of the few trampoline companies that really specializes in this, which is also why we chose it. In summary, so far and I hope for a long time, we are 100% satisfied.

Living in Switzerland, there were some delivery issues

Order placed online. The site is correct for finding items and placing orders. Order by phone communication. Good listening and information. For another reason, I had to cancel, cancellation easy by email and quick refund.

Perfect! Well received the bundle of samples presented on your site. But I had requested (in the small comment box) an additional sample (if possible) of the smallest net (mesh 6.5x7mm) existing on your site and my client is interested in that mesh. No response on this subject in your letter accompanying the package!?

Delivery on time, impeccable. Good quality trampoline I am very satisfied. Only small downside, the assembly manual lacks details such as the exact position to put the protective net and for example it is not indicated that you need to put 2 fixings per pole for the protective net. There are also no markers to know which spring to attach to which hook. With some logic, you can still manage.
