Fast receipt of the package, not enough feedback on the use of the product but seems correct.

Fast delivery and quality products.

The order went well, the carrier was okay, the deadlines were respected. The mat corresponded to the description. I bought a trampoline mat to replace a 10-year-old mat, I turned to France Trampoline because the seller of the previous mat no longer exists. The received mat is suitable, it is a bit cheaper but of much lower quality in terms of seams and especially it bounces much less than the previous one which was from the profline or proline range. In summary: I am satisfied to have been able to replace the mat even if I regret not having found a product of equivalent quality to the previous one.

Trampoline used quite intensively for 6 years and I just changed the protective net this year. Everything else is perfect. Compared to other brands, I would say 'no comparison', I do not regret my choice. I highly recommend France Trampoline, maybe a bit more expensive to buy but nothing to compare in terms of quality and after-sales service.

The only downside is that on the order form it was stated that the packages weighed a total of 55 kg while the weight announced at the order was much heavier.

Fast order. Good order tracking service. Delivery within the announced 5-day timeframe respected. The delivery person was alone for the delivery....and given the weight, he struggled a bit to unload. Packaging, assembly, perfect. There was just one U-shaped screw ring whose thread was on the wrong side, so it was unusable for fixing a post that holds the protective net. So it was not used...and for this post, we held it with a strap. It would deserve to have an additional part or for the parts to be well checked if there is only the exact count of parts. THANK YOU FOR SENDING US IF POSSIBLE A U-SCREW FIXING TO REPLACE OUR STRAP. But apart from this detail, we remain completely satisfied with the quality of the trampoline and the seriousness of France Trempoline. Best regards.

The black cap replaced the original cap identically. However, the fiberglass rods are shorter than the originals. Extensions are provided. Two are needed for one rod. The number of extensions is therefore insufficient compared to the number of rods.

Very good quality product and I trust its rigidity (already had one before). Very fast shipping and delivery. However, the carrier offers time slots between 9 am and 3 pm!! Worse than EDF or GDF! They ring and leave immediately, not even having time to receive the package.

Nothing to say about the order placement, its payment, and the delivery. However, the delivered products (spare parts: net and protective cushion) are not quite identical to the originals and required some 'DIY' to adapt them to the trampoline (e.g., adjusting the support frames of the net, which had to be repositioned). Moreover, the quality of the cushion does not seem to be the same as that of the original cushion (thinner and lighter). We will have to see about the durability.

It was about replacing the protective net of the trampoline purchased in 2011 as well as 2 caps: - net replacement OK - the diameter of the 2 delivered caps did not match, problem remedied by a new delivery in very quick time. I continue to place my utmost trust in France Trampoline ***
