Indeed, having ordered a picnic table, I chose to have it delivered to my home to avoid handling when picking up the merchandise. The delivery was scheduled for today, so I took a day off to be present. Being at home, I do not have my mobile phone with me. I just realized that I received a call and a voicemail from the delivery person. He did not bother to deliver my package to my home, as requested at the time of purchase, but left it at a parcel relay 5 minutes from my house. I now have to find a day during the week when my husband does not come home too late to go pick up the package. I do not find this correct at all on the part of the delivery person. You should escalate this information.
