Everything is perfect, except that it is not mentioned that the service provider in charge of the delivery refuses to touch the pallet. As a consequence, it was impossible to help my wife unpack the contents of the pallet. Had to slide it into the garage of the co-owner. It should be clearly indicated that the provider can only drop a 130-kilo pallet in a place accessible to a pallet truck.

Trampoline delivery not respected. We made an appointment to be there on the day of receipt and the package arrived 4 days early. The carrier called us and complained that we were not there!! The package is too heavy for him and he leaves it in a common alley for several neighbors. Unpleasant carrier who complains about the load being too heavy! It's his job and every job comes with its problems. Fortunately, the package was fine, but honestly, this type of problem needs to be addressed because buying a trampoline for *** euros is not trivial; it is an item that we could not receive as it should have been!

Not much to say 😊 Efficient delivery and within the indicated deadlines. We chose a relatively large trampoline (4m30) but the assembly was quite quick. One foam element was slightly damaged in the box but it did not compromise the assembly of the part.
