this was our 2nd order with them, the 1st had no issues but the 2nd was different... problem with the delivery, I had contacted before placing the order, clearly specified the address which was different from the company's headquarters and well not delivered to the right place.... I am disappointed on that side otherwise trampoline conforms to my request
