We are very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery. However, we experienced a natural disaster (strong wind) a few days later that damaged the net. We understand that this is not systematically covered by customer service, but given the short time between the damage and the order, we would have liked a commercial gesture. This was refused to us. A shame for a trampoline of this quality.

Very good experience from start to finish. Delivery within a few days, on time, and relatively easy assembly except for the two crossbars to assemble. But nothing dramatic. Large rectangular model. The children are delighted.
