Efficient ordering and delivery process, especially the prior appointment for delivery. Easy assembly, even though the French instructions are incomplete! Fortunately, the English, German, and Spanish versions are complete. The product exudes quality and durability.

The lady I spoke to on the phone Saturday morning was not great, but the gentleman I spoke to on Monday, with whom I placed the order, was perfect, pleasant, and efficient. The order arrived the next day at my home. Very good product as a replacement for another trampoline purchased elsewhere for which no spare parts can be found.

Having noticed a small tear in the fabric, I requested advice by sending a photo. FT contacted me by phone, indicated that the warranty on the fabric was valid, and sent me a replacement fabric.

A bit of a problem with the delivery. Delivery was scheduled for one day and was not respected without warning. Huge truck that could not pass by our house, delivered 200m away. Good product

Very good product, but the instruction manual is totally useless. Some crucial points are rushed in a diagram where you can't see anything. It goes from a part in French to the next in German. Take example on ***!

Very easy site but delivery was delayed. The delivery took place 10 days after the order, so we had to have it delivered elsewhere than at home because we were on vacation. Packages intact but we didn't have time to unpack.

Well delivered, easy to assemble, sturdy and of good quality. Just one small point that bothers me, the protective cushion goes over the frame during jumps, very slightly revealing the springs and the metal frame. And yet I tightened the tensioners fully. And a small remark, you could make a kit with the protective skirt.
