I had a problem during the online purchase (did not receive the validation code from the bank). Called your services the next morning to place an order by phone. (Thanks to the sales service) Material very well packaged. However, it takes two people given the size! Santa Claus had a hard time putting it at the foot of the tree. It was the biggest gifts! On the 25th, unboxing by the children and mandatory assembly during the day. Assembly instructions very clear and assembly with dad and grandpa. The children were able to test it. Everyone super happy, both little ones and big ones. The price is really worth it given the quality! Nothing to compare with what you can find in the big chains.

Search on a search engine for a quality and safety trampoline for children. Quick order online without phone contact. Good order tracking online. Delivery scheduled on time by a good subcontractor (***) but at an unsuitable time slot (10-12h from Monday to Friday). Assembly instructions very insufficient due to a significant pagination error (French)

Issue with delivery as the provider only offers appointments in the morning and in the end, they come in the middle of the afternoon. Therefore, one has to take half a day off for nothing as they do not come during the indicated time slot.
