Impressive quality product compared to Decath and others that are certainly cheaper.. Clear instructions but difficult to assemble alone. It is specified that two people are needed for assembly and I confirm that it should be faster!

Good material for now, the spring protector is however a bit too large and makes waves.

I was missing a reception end piece, an end piece used to hold the fiber strapping of the net. Aside from that, the order met expectations, deadline respected. The fact that I was called before the shipment of the order allowed me to modify a reference and thus avoid a return. Really a plus!

Very satisfied with this trampoline. It has been installed for a short time, but it seems very solid, and the bounce is excellent (having tested other trampolines that are much softer). Impeccable delivery. Very pleasant commercial support on the phone. Just need to improve the assembly instructions, the drawings are not very clear. The instructions deserve to be modernized.

assembly with my wife took about 3 hours some anxieties because the 'T' did not seem to fit properly into the holes drilled on the 'bows', after some effort it got better.

Very serious and qualified contact following our troubles with the delivery person on two occasions. Attention during deliveries to put 'subject to the cartons being complete'. Indeed, the largest carton had been found from underneath impossible to identify at the time of delivery on the pallet (some material was lost but even if the delivery person did not want to take responsibility for the loss France Trampoline was very good and sent us the missing parts at their expense) The material is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. Assembly accessible to all. (It is better to be two). We will see on the duration... Ps: there is a ladder in the image of the trampoline but it must surely be optional. There is no ladder in the box. But no worries for my 9-year-old son to climb inside.

The trampoline is well made. Not everything has been delivered yet as some parts are out of stock. We are skeptical about the new fixings for the protective mat to see in the long run. As for the jumping mat, on a jump'up, nothing to complain about, the children (and also the adults) are having a blast
