Internet order completed easily. Delivery service very professional, online tracking available and phone call before delivery as announced. The product itself seems to be of good quality, to be seen in the long term (1 month of use). Two adults are necessary for assembly (physical strength is needed to position the last springs) and the provided documentation is not perfect (instructions in German in the middle of French) but does not prevent achieving a good result at the end of the process.

Very good commercial service. The fact that they detected there was an error in my order is very appreciated (two items that were not suitable for the same trampoline). Moreover, the delivery was fast.

The delivery went well except that the delivery person had opened the black protective cover which is proof that the packages were not handled. All packages were present. The material is really of quality and robust. Assembly took 3 good hours with 3 skilled DIYers. Then it's the children's joy every evening to have a little session. What I liked are the parts available in after-sales, if there is a need it can solve quite a few problems. Very good product!

Excellent trampoline. Our daughter is delighted. And having spent some time on it myself, it seems quite robust. The net is resistant and the padding protects the springs well. A very good choice. However, for assembly, we are far from the two hours announced even if the instructions are quite clear and a tutorial video is available. The parts are very hard to fit together and the process is quite long (almost 5 hours for 3 people)
