Arrived within the expected time, of very good quality, easy to assemble, except for two or three small details that could be hindering if you are not used to reading an assembly plan... The explanations are a bit lacking for the installation and some additions would be helpful to proceed correctly on the first try.

The supplied parts were just right, but there was one defective plastic part to secure the trampoline. I unfortunately lost a screw during assembly. I had to search my garden for a long time to finish the assembly. Instructions not clear on some steps.

Fast delivery by a nice carrier with appointment scheduling. Careful packaging, too bad a nut was missing. Very easy to assemble, I assembled it with my 9-year-old and 7-year-old daughters in 1h30. Very good idea to provide tools, however, the wrench is not practical, for my part I used a ratchet wrench which is simpler and faster. Good purchase, I recommend.

I had a problem during the online purchase (did not receive the validation code from the bank). Called your services the next morning to place an order by phone. (Thanks to the sales service) Material very well packaged. However, it takes two people given the size! Santa Claus had a hard time putting it at the foot of the tree. It was the biggest gifts! On the 25th, unboxing by the children and mandatory assembly during the day. Assembly instructions very clear and assembly with dad and grandpa. The children were able to test it. Everyone super happy, both little ones and big ones. The price is really worth it given the quality! Nothing to compare with what you can find in the big chains.

Assembly instructions very insufficient due to a significant pagination error (French)
