Excellent simply, trampoline boost up in 460. The product is indeed expensive but the quality is there. The assembly is well explained and each part of the trampoline exudes quality! Once assembled, nothing moves or almost! (except when I jump on it with my 100 Kg ...) Our daughter is delighted and the trampoline exudes safety. I recommend 100% PS: for assembling the black parts, I highly recommend not doing it in full sun (or plan for gloves)

I am happy with the product. However, the delivery was relatively scandalous as the delivery person left the package in front of the gate and not inside where I asked him to, claiming that he didn't want to damage his truck which belongs to him. Apparently, he had already come and knew that his truck would be damaged if he went where I asked him to drop off the delivery. Knowing this, why did he take the delivery if he couldn't bring the merchandise?

I left a review on your WhatsApp number on May 5. I received no response, a sign of a lack of consideration for your customers... my daughter-in-law, on our recommendations, ordered a trampoline from you and she confirmed to us that the net was not the same and that hers was sturdier. Here is a copy of the message I wrote to you on May 5: Hello, we have had a trampoline from you for many years. It brings us satisfaction. In 2020, we bought a premium net to replace the one that was torn. My husband noticed that the quality was much lower than the original. It tore much more quickly than the first one. Recently, my son, Thibaut Pujo, ordered the completely torn net again (order FT235609). My husband again finds a net of poor quality, fragile, while it is supposedly the premium quality. Moreover, the bottom attachments are no longer provided and therefore have to be recovered and installed by us for a price much higher than in 2020 (we paid 119€, order FT140331). So, we pay more, lower quality, and fewer accessories... in short, we are disappointed and the more it goes, the lower the quality for a higher price. Too bad... I have recommended you a lot, I will not do it anymore. Best regards, ***

We were looking for a zip line for one of our children's birthday. We were able to get information very quickly and realized that it would be complicated to install it at our place for now. We therefore opted for a climbing dome. The shipment was very fast, the order was very well packaged, we requested a rescheduling of the delivery with their carrier who was very responsive. Quality rather mediocre compared to the original cushion. Given the price, I expected much better! It is certain that it will not last as long. Moreover, the edges do not hold at all. With each use, the 'skirt' of the cushion has to be put back around the frame. I never had this issue with the original cushion. Very disappointed!
