A bit long, more than a week. I ordered and paid for a pack of 20 springs and only received one spring. I called, and they told me they would send the box, and I still haven't received anything 15 days later. What to do?

I ordered a dome with a tent and hammock. Unfortunately, the tent had a weakness; so when we stretched it, one of the hooks cracked. I contacted France trampoline specifying what had happened and not really knowing what I expected from them in the end. Well, they made my son happy! They quickly sent a new tent! As after-sales service, it can't get better!

The dome seems solid, my son appreciated his birthday gift. However, we ordered the dome + hammock pack. Hammock that we could not install because I was surprised to read on the new one that it requires carabiners.... which were not provided!!! I will have to go spend at Decathlon for the carabiners, so I am disappointed not to have installed the hammock with the rest of the surprise

Trampoline bought 10 years ago. Net changed for the 2nd time and error in the order seen by you because the net ordered was smaller than the previous one. This means that the order was not prepared 'correctly' but taking into account my previous orders and after checking the consistency of my order
