Disappointing customer service Our trampoline broke two days after arriving at our home due to a gust of wind even though it was anchored to the ground. No gesture to compensate us, nothing 2 days after the purchase.

Poorly designed product. You have to force the bars in (you have to spread the metal to fit the pieces. The extension of the poles is very wobbly. The final result is not too bad but assembly is laborious if you are not handy.

The order took more than 15 days to be delivered. I had to contact the team 3 times to finally find out what was going on. I was told I would be contacted again but nothing happened. In the end, the commercial gesture mentioned on the phone was simply erased by an email explaining that I would receive no compensation.

The dome is of very good quality! It assembles quite easily (with several people). The tent is really nice (the hammock not tested yet!). Our 2 sons are delighted to be able to climb and hide!!! The only problem encountered is the totally incompetent carrier!!

The trampoline seems to be of very good quality, it has just been installed, we need to see about the duration. You need 2 people to assemble the base structure. The delivery time is a bit long. But it respects the appointment time well.
