I am very happy with my purchase, this is the second time I order from you, but this time disappointed because the delivery took longer than expected between the order which was forgotten to be validated and the delivery I lost 2 weeks.

Very good product however the delivery by DPD is a disaster...

Excellent quality and fast delivery!

The trampoline seems to be of very good quality after assembly, we'll see over time now. 2 remarks nonetheless: instructions not very clear sometimes, you have to guess some assemblies, and the last step of assembling the peripheral belt is very average, it goes around the trampoline and the straps passing over the posts are too small.

Product generally meets my expectations; Video and assembly instructions too brief, hence possible difficulties in assembly for someone not handy but ultimately doable. Very good order tracking/customer service; I recommend

However, efforts could be made regarding the packaging: the trampoline is delivered in 2 stacked boxes and these are really damaged, I didn't have time to unpack the boxes to see if the product is damaged.
