I have a trampoline from another brand that uses the same parts as those on the site, I had a doubt about ordering spare parts. The trampoline seems to be of very good quality after assembly, we'll see over time now. 2 remarks nonetheless: instructions not very clear sometimes, you have to guess some assemblies, and the last step of assembling the peripheral belt is very average, it goes around the trampoline and the straps passing over the posts are too small.

Very pleasant and very professional phone contact. The package is delivered on time. Very satisfying. However, efforts could be made regarding the packaging: the trampoline is delivered in 2 stacked boxes and these are really damaged, I didn't have time to unpack the boxes to see if the product is damaged.
