We announce a delivery time of between 3 and 6 working days in summer and your order was shipped by the DPD carrier on 21/07/2023 and delivered on 27/07/2023, which is within a period of 5 working days. The tracking link, sent by email to all our customers, clearly shows the change of relay point on 24/07/2023. For spare parts, we specify on each product page the dimensions to take to avoid any errors. For a jumping mat, you need to: 1. measure the overall diameter (outside) of the trampoline, 2. measure the length of a spring (overall, including hooks and detached from the trampoline), 3. count the number of springs. Regarding the handling of returns, it is clearly stated in our T&Cs that, unless we are at fault, all returns are at the customer's expense. Finally, as explained today by email, when you ordered several items, you selected a payment in several installments without fees and the last payment is due tomorrow, 18/08/2023. Only one item from your order has been returned and the last payment does not only cover the returned item. We are therefore obliged to wait for this payment to proceed with the refund. We strive to provide as much information as possible to our customers and to have a responsive and transparent customer service. We are available by phone and email from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm and then from 1:45 pm to 5:30 pm.
