I bought a 3m trampoline, my 5-year-old daughter loves it! It took a bit long to assemble (but we are not very handy...). And we broke a stake to plant in the ground for stabilization because the ground is too dry in summer. Overall it seems to be of good quality. It is noted in the user guide that you should not leave several children on the trampoline, but frankly, it's impossible to enforce. We use it with up to 3 children aged 5-6 (under supervision). A neighbor recommended this brand to us.

Close to the deadline, I learned that the delivery would not be at my place on the desired day. I had to rent a van to go pick up the packages at the warehouse 1 hour from home. Some packages were damaged and opened. The after-sales service made a commercial gesture for the compensation and offered to replace the items that could have been damaged upon receipt. The material was intact. Assembly: The elements are easily identifiable in the assembly manual. I assembled it alone with my 8-year-old son, it took a bit long (the whole afternoon) but it was doable. The slightly difficult parts: - Pushing the feet onto the base structure - Turning the structure once the feet are fixed. - Pulling the last springs to secure the jumping mat. Usage: The oval 490 trampoline bounces very well across its entire jumping surface. The safety net fulfills its role correctly. Trials - Front and back flips - Jumps with two and three (< 150kg total) - Sitting, lying down, kneeling Conclusion: Given the quality of the material and the professionalism of the agents, the logistics errors are more than compensated.

Product shipped on a Monday, the day of the order, delivery scheduled for Wednesday, the delivery person did not come, postponed to Friday same, again postponed to Monday same, delivered on Tuesday by an independent delivery person because DPD is incompetent, France trampoline must absolutely change delivery company, otherwise product received of quality no comparison with products sold on discount sites.

Good on the phone, but I first ordered a trampoline net on the site.... and after a month, seeing nothing coming, I contacted by phone where I learned that it was no longer available.... I was directed to another cheaper net that I received, but to install it I had to undo the knots to attach it (send the non-knotted ties).
