Trampoline delivered damaged: two twisted and crushed structure bars. Called customer service, but no technician available, just a salesperson asking me to call back later. I had to redo the two structure bars myself with a mallet, grinder, and metal drill..

Fantastic equipment like in the gym, fast delivery and without damage. However, assembly is tedious and two pieces were missing. The after-sales service sent me the missing pieces quickly but they were not identical to those they replaced. I am satisfied and recommend the brand and online purchase.
