The dome seems solid, my son appreciated his birthday gift. However, we ordered the dome + hammock pack. Hammock that we could not install because I was surprised to read on the new one that it requires carabiners.... which were not provided!!! I will have to go spend at Decathlon for the carabiners, so I am disappointed not to have installed the hammock with the rest of the surprise

Trampoline bought 10 years ago. Net changed for the 2nd time and error in the order seen by you because the net ordered was smaller than the previous one. This means that the order was not prepared 'correctly' but taking into account my previous orders and after checking the consistency of my order

Poorly designed product. You have to force the bars in (you have to spread the metal to fit the pieces. The extension of the poles is very wobbly. The final result is not too bad but assembly is laborious if you are not handy.

The order took more than 15 days to be delivered. I had to contact the team 3 times to finally find out what was going on. I was told I would be contacted again but nothing happened. In the end, the commercial gesture mentioned on the phone was simply erased by an email explaining that I would receive no compensation.

The trampoline still requires at least 2 hours of assembly for more practicality. The result is aesthetic and the chosen trampoline makes my 3-year-old daughter happy.
