Hello, We are sorry to hear that you encountered problems with your trampoline. Even the heaviest trampolines, weighing between 100 and 200 kilos, can unfortunately fly away during storms. We recommend lowering your net when there is a risk of storm, as the stakes planted in the ground are not always sufficient to keep the trampoline in place. Regarding your order, one of the parts was out of stock at the time of your purchase. You were informed of this delay at the time of ordering, by phone and via our automatic email. We understand that this delay may have been frustrating, and we apologize for that. As for the fiberglass arcs, it is clearly stated on all our product sheets that they do not come with elastics, as they do not require them.
