We ordered a trampoline mat with a special size that we couldn't find anywhere else. The delivery was quick and the product was perfect. They sent us a confirmation email from France Trampoline to ask for specific details - first the e-mail went to junk mail. After the confirmation, the delivery was quick!

I needed new rods for a completely normal round trampoline. Unfortunately, these are not really / reasonably flexible. For the price, especially the shipping costs, you could have gotten half a new one :/

Good day, thank you for your comment. Our product descriptions specify exactly which diameters and shapes of trampolines are compatible. If you are unsure, our customer service is available from Monday to Friday and will be happy to assist you. Our fiberglass bows with a diameter of 9 mm can be easily set up by two people. They are designed to be stable enough and last several years with normal use. We recommend watching our installation videos before setting up. They familiarize you with the products and significantly ease the installation. As for the shipping costs, they amount to 9.99€, which is not even half of 44.89€. The delivery went well. The time frame is very correct. However, assembly was quite difficult, taking between 2 to 3 hours. And a little disappointment when I saw that the products are made in China. The concept is great. We are now waiting for nice weather to enjoy it.

This is the second trampoline we have purchased and the quality has really decreased (smaller and thinner tubes, net and jumping mat of lower quality)

The quality of the goods is good, but I find the price a bit high and the delivery time was also a bit long. Unfortunately, there are no spare parts from the manufacturer for our trampoline from Kesser.

We needed a new trampoline jumping mat and a few new springs. The quality of the trampoline mat is very good! Springs fit. The springs were lost during transport. We received replacements without any issues a few days later. We are very satisfied!
