Regarding the installation on concrete floor, a change of the anchoring kit for ballast bags was offered, at no extra cost. They took care of the purchase process to register the offer, receiving an email for the payment process. Fast and very easy. The only downside, and NOT related to the trampoline, its management or quality, but to the logistics chain. The trampoline was stuck in Irun from Thursday, August 15 to Thursday, August 22 when it was delivered, a whole week. In my case, since I was only there for 3 weeks on vacation, it bothered me a bit to lose a whole week... We assembled the trampoline between a couple, older than 50 years, with some effort but without major technical problems. So far little use but until now delighted with the product and looking forward to continue enjoying it....
