When I bought the trampoline, the poles were connected with a rubber band, which I found sensible. The new poles are separate and not connected. As a result, they slide apart and can bend again! Furthermore, the upper edge will not remain stable. The quality has declined for me. I am sure that the separate poles will not last long either!!!

Hello, we have noted your comment and regret that you did not read the product data sheet for the fiberglass arches purchased as spare parts. We do specify that these arches are not to be connected with a rubber band during replacement. This is mentioned in bold and underlined in the product description for your information. I am very satisfied with the purchase and quality of the product. I live in the south and the trampoline will be exposed to the sun, we will see if it holds up. The only downside, I was not informed of the delivery knowing that the second passage is charged *** euros, fortunately I was at home. Assembly well explained, I assembled it all by myself in half a day, quality is there and the kids are satisfied

The product is very good but the assembly instructions are terrible. It was a nightmare to install with errors related to the lack of explanations and extremely complicated backward returns.

GOOD MATERIAL, but there were missing pieces in the package so I called the number written in the assembly book to get customer service, they were supposed to call me back but the after-sales service is like I was a few days before Christmas I had to make the missing pieces myself. I ordered and paid for a trampoline surround on 23.09.2024 because I had a good experience with the delivery of a jumping mat. The delivery date was set for 28.11.24, and on 29.11.24, the handover to the carrier was confirmed. Since then, the shipment has been untraceable, as communicated via email on 12.12.24. As of now, on 05.01.25, I have no information on whether and when I will receive the delivery.
