The bars of the monkey bars and top den are far weaker than the bars of the main de we have. Our child who is only 30kg was afraid using the monkey bars as they bowed when he used them and the way the canvas at the bottom of the top ten dips down a lot and the bars bend which made him feel unsafe. We were disappointed because the main structure was very solid. We were so disappointed we did not attach the ladder, my husband who is a metal worker wishes to strengthen the ladder before trusting it with our child

Overall, it looks excellent. Negative aspects: Some parts of the assembly are a bit tricky (the jumping mat and the net, in particular), and the instructions could be a bit clearer. Examples: - Jumping mat: from memory the instructions suggest starting to put 4 springs symmetrically (at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°), but if you happen to not attach one of the 4 springs (or several of the 4) RIGHT on its own hook on the structure (obviously for one hook of the mat corresponds to only one hook on the structure), you realize a bit too late of the mistake and either you have to start all over again, or you have to manage to remove THE spring that is not hooked correctly, and which is therefore obviously as tight as possible. Perhaps each hook on the mat and on the structure should be numbered, for example, to be sure to start correctly (1 with 1', 2 with 2', etc.), or at least just the 4 at the beginning (at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°)? - Safety net: the instructions specify that it must be tight, but it is possible that one only realizes too late how tight it must be, and that if one did not tighten enough at the beginning, one ends up having to tighten more and more, until it is no longer possible. So you have to start over, tightening much more from the beginning. Positive aspects: Despite the occasionally tough assembly, it all looks really solid and of quality. My little one is having a blast on it (and so am I, by the way). I hope it lasts over time.

Very good product. Easy order on the site. Very good to be able to get spare parts. One downside. The pole + attachment + net + arch kit is cheaper than the arch and net alone...???!!!??? However, delivery is very problematic. In 2025, you can't ask the customer to wait for free from 08:00 to 18:00 for a home delivery... It's absurd... Change providers or find platforms closer to package pickups... Delivery is paid!!! And I have to wait at home for 10 hours?? It's shameful. This failure will make me order elsewhere next time...
