Replacement under warranty for the jumping mat. Perfect

Order (large squirrel cage) shipped and received quickly. Nice surprise upon unpacking, the colors are beautiful (I hope they will remain so over time). The assembly manual is relatively clear. We assembled the bottom part by tightening minimally but it was too much... a bit tricky to move on to the second. The paint chips very quickly and for not much, and one of the bars bent with disconcerting ease... once we loosened it to the max, we were able to assemble the rest without too much trouble. Fortunately, the 2 enameled tubes are hardly visible and the one that was bent could be straightened. Once assembled and all screws tightened, the structure is relatively solid and can be easily moved by one adult. We were 2 for the assembly and it was necessary. We are happy and the children too. We'll see about the durability over time but for now it's great.

Not recommended, I ordered a slackline brake, the kids had fun for 3 days and then it broke. Sent a photo to possibly get a replacement, nothing happened, on the contrary, they doubt that it was installed correctly, etc. The picture shows the installation exactly. Installed according to the instructions ... no replacement received, would not buy here again

I bought a replacement jumping mat for our trampoline. Our trampoline was not from the same manufacturer, but we were given great advice and got a suitable one. I had previously contacted countless other manufacturers without success. Very big cinema! 👏🏻

The trampoline is very good. However, it requires a lot of strength to assemble. If you are two women or 1 woman and 1 young teenager, it is impossible to assemble. This is a major point of improvement for me or to alert in advance that being two is not necessarily enough.

The ordered goods are absolutely top and of super quality! However, we couldn't understand why the delivery came via freight forwarding. The pallet on which the boxes with the goods were secured was in very poor condition. It unfortunately fell apart completely during unloading. Since the goods were intact, we give a very convincing 4 stars. Our children have a lot of fun with the ninja course in the garden.

Everything actually went well, unfortunately it was not clear on the homepage that the fiberglass bows no longer need to be used with rubber bands. That is, no detailed info that it would hold without rubber bands. The assistance for assembly was great! We were able to reuse the old bows and therefore we actually didn't need the new bows. However, we kept them because the whole back and forth shipping would be cumbersome.
