Delivery via Mondial Relay with a bounce because the allotted time was too short. I had to pay for delivery again, and I don't find that great.

Easy order, very fast delivery. Assembly rather easy with a clear manual. Very nice product quality.

Overall, it looks excellent. Negative aspects: Some parts of the assembly are a bit tricky (the jumping mat and the net, in particular), and the instructions could be a bit clearer. Examples: - Jumping mat: from memory the instructions suggest starting to put 4 springs symmetrically (at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°), but if you happen to not attach one of the 4 springs (or several of the 4) RIGHT on its own hook on the structure (obviously for one hook of the mat corresponds to only one hook on the structure), you realize a bit too late of the mistake and either you have to start all over again, or you have to manage to remove THE spring that is not hooked correctly, and which is therefore obviously as tight as possible. Perhaps each hook on the mat and on the structure should be numbered, for example, to be sure to start correctly (1 with 1', 2 with 2', etc.), or at least just the 4 at the beginning (at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°)? - Safety net: the instructions specify that it must be tight, but it is possible that one only realizes too late how tight it must be, and that if one did not tighten enough at the beginning, one ends up having to tighten more and more, until it is no longer possible. So you have to start over, tightening much more from the beginning. Positive aspects: Despite the occasionally tough assembly, it all looks really solid and of quality. My little one is having a blast on it (and so am I, by the way). I hope it lasts over time.

Very good product. Easy order on the site. Very good to be able to get spare parts. One downside. The pole + attachment + net + arch kit is cheaper than the arch and net alone...???!!!??? However, delivery is very problematic. In 2025, you can't ask the customer to wait for free from 08:00 to 18:00 for a home delivery... It's absurd... Change providers or find platforms closer to package pickups... Delivery is paid!!! And I have to wait at home for 10 hours?? It's shameful. This failure will make me order elsewhere next time...

Overall very good product, stable, which stands out from some others, good market. Legs reinforced by the posts that go down to the ground. The assembly instructions sometimes lack precision or contain ambiguities.

Good quality trampoline but difficult to assemble in the absence of sufficiently detailed instructions in the assembly manual. Moreover, if we hadn't kept the tool to pull the springs from the old trampoline, we would never have managed to assemble it.

The delivery was quite fast but we received broken bars. Fortunately, we had some left to replace them but the package should be better wrapped for the price we pay.

I had a doubt about the size of the replacement net, the person who answered me on the phone was very responsive and immediately found the suitable model. Very quick!!

Climbing dome at the top with great quality, the kids love it and so do their friends! I recommend it without a doubt but be careful with the assembly which is quite complex.

Product conforms to the description. Assembly requires good physical condition and at least 3 people are necessary at certain stages of construction.

The product is great, it has crazy success with friends and children who come to the house. We have negative remarks to make: The assembly of the dome and the slide is almost impossible with 2 adults, a 3rd person is needed. The manual should include a summary of the entire product: we assembled the dome entirely before realizing that we should not go all the way up to install the cabin. The spacing of the slide to stretch the fabric is mission impossible, we had to use a jack to get the gap!! There is a gap between the end of the cabin and the beginning of the slide because we could not adjust as requested in the manual, it does not work technically. Our daughter did not see the gap at one point and one leg went through, she hurt herself badly. To secure the fact of climbing on the dome and the monkey bridge we added anti-slip stickers, it would have been good if you thought to propose or provide it directly.

We are very satisfied with the trampoline for its design, color, and quality. A strong point is also the safety it represents for our children.

Speed in executing the order and in delivery. The tubes serving as protection for the vertical metal posts seem to be of better quality than those that were initially foam. We'll see if their durability is confirmed.
