Thank you for your feedback. The elastics with balls are used to secure the cushion to the frame of your trampoline. Just pass them through the eyelets of your cushion using a pin provided with the cushion.

We apologize for the delivery delay which occurred 2 days after the announced deadline. As a reminder, the announced deadline of 2 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) starts after handing over to the carrier. Having ordered on Friday evening, May 30, your order was handed over to the carrier the following Monday afternoon, and with the public holiday on June 9, we should have delivered to you on June 10 and not June 12.
