Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. Therefore, we had to have it delivered to my brother in Bordeaux, and to top it all off, he had to go pick up the package at a relay point because the carrier didn't even bother to deliver it to his home while he was there specifically for the delivery.

We had a circular hoop from the top of the net that broke during the first assembly. It's a shame we taped it... Can you replace it for us? We watched an online video before assembly, it's complementary to the manual to avoid mistakes when attaching the springs. You need to assemble the trampoline yourself to know how to disassemble it later Best regards
