I was asked to choose a day for delivery. On that day, I had to travel 40 km to the summer house where I expect the delivery. I waited the whole day and nothing. I've lost one day. This is not how you treat your clients. Very disappointed. Most likely, I will not get my order even after 4 days.

Transport by DB Schenker was quite fast and transparent (funny driver from HH included). Assembly took about 5 hours with some help, which should also be planned. Compared to the traffic sign provider from Germany, this trampoline seems much better thought out, has no screws that would break off during use over the years. The Boost-Up makes a firm impression when jumping and also firm calves. Would gladly do it again, but hopefully not for many, many years. Great price-performance ratio!
