Before the purchase, I first contacted customer service who guided me well on the right trampoline to buy according to my needs. I received the order quickly and everything was present. During assembly, I read the instructions correctly and I didn't have too much trouble assembling the trampoline. However, there are a few pieces of information to add to the instructions: - direction of the safety net (indicate that the logo should be inside or outside so that the Velcro ends up outside) - to put the arches in the net, indicate to untie the 2 knots to fully stretch the net, otherwise the arches cannot be threaded into each other. Except for these 2 points, the assembly was easy. And our children have already used it and are very happy with it.

An absolute disgrace and disaster to order a trampoline from you. Parts were delivered 4 times, 4 times too few and the wrong parts were delivered. It took over a month until I had all the parts for the trampoline and could completely assemble it. I would like to give no stars at all, unfortunately this is not possible.

Quality material, robust. Clear instructions. Being a bit clumsy is better for successfully tightening the cable. Over such a distance of 40m in my case, the height of the starting point is significant, very high for small ones, so we pull them on a secured seat bought separately. But as soon as they are big enough, I will make a platform 3m high for them to launch themselves on the provided support.

Great hammock for the large dome. Only downside: the hammock came with an old instruction stating that you need to attach carabiners (which were not included). After a brief inquiry, the new instructions were sent by email. This slightly dampened the birthday surprise. But since it has been hanging, it is loved!

Material of very good quality, easy assembly. Time to assemble with my wife: 4 hours. Just 3 points to improve: 1/ Getting out of the trampoline is not easy at all, even with the ladder. 2/ The green spring cover, at the ladder level, does not stay in place, I had to use a clamp with bungee to keep it in place. 3/ Improve the assembly instructions for fixing the lower part of the net (there is nothing explaining how to fix it).
