The advice obtained by phone before the purchase allowed me to choose the most suitable trampoline for my children. We set up the Waouh trampoline almost 2 weeks ago and the kids can't get enough of it (even my 6-year-old son who had some apprehensions at first). Despite a high price, it is clear that the quality of this model is there: all the components are solid and robust. We are considering disassembling it and storing it in our garage for long-term preservation.

Good value for money. Only the trampoline leg/net pole attachments tend to slip due to the wind. A small design flaw due to the use of plastic spacers that can only slip on poorly tightened galvanized tubes.

hello disappointed to have received the trampoline without checking it, a twisted bracket and all the hooks holding the net were breaking one after the other. After calling, we were told that there were new standards and that they were replaced by steel hooks. Why not have done this before delivering it to us? Now everything is back in order and the children are happy.

Attention serious site!! Material more expensive than those found on the web but we have a significantly superior quality (thickness of the posts, size and thickness of the protections, seriousness of the assembly). Knowing that this is still a risky leisure activity, I do not want to make a bad economy on quality. But it is also a fun leisure activity and here too, the difference with competitors: size and number of springs that provide a really pleasant bounce. In short, a purchase I hesitated over for a long time but for which I have no regrets. My daughters (7 and 12 years old) are glued to it for several hours a day and I take my turn whenever I can. One downside regarding the documentation which is largely improvable (and sometimes even laughable) but nothing that cannot be overcome with a bit of common sense and patience. I highly recommend it.

For the order tracking and reception at home, everything went well, however I sent two emails regarding questions about the weight announced on the site and the weight of the trampoline received, and the response I received did not convince me. On the other hand, regarding the assembly of the trampoline, there is one step that is not very clear in the manual concerning the assembly of the frame cushion and the attachment with springs underneath!! photos A and B.. The assembly of the textile net on the posts is not very easy and the tension is not necessarily balanced. Otherwise, the users themselves are fully satisfied with the trampoline.
