The package suffered damage for the first time, resulting in non-delivery. France Trampoline reacted well because as soon as they were informed, they sent out a second delivery which this time was delivered without damage. Delivery times were longer than expected.

Regarding the part, no problem, but concerning delivery, paying €12 to be delivered a week later is a bit frustrating (for a 48h delivery). Regards.

Good telephone advice, product in stock, fast delivery (3 days), correct instructions, accessories very expensive considering the quality (ladder, anchoring...) ground fixation is mandatory, but there is no ideal solution, the kit guarantees nothing, only time will tell if we are right or not!!

Trampoline of very good quality. The assembly with 2 people took much longer than the 1h30 indicated in the guide (over 3 hours with 2 people), it's better to know that. Everything else is absolutely perfect. Thank you.
