Damaged packaging because the package was on a very small pallet. Assembly instructions are not detailed enough in my opinion. The material is of good quality.

Very good, except the cushion attachments that broke. Be careful not to hook them with the net attachment underneath but around the circular tube of the trampoline. I have warned and hope for a replacement delivery of the elastics???????? I am still waiting. Otherwise, the edge of the cushion rises and reveals the trampoline tube, probably due to the net. There would probably be a need for additional cushion attachments. Otherwise, excellent product. Excellent sturdiness when my daughters jump on it, nothing moves. Well done to France Trampoline.

First, the website is very well constructed to help choose the trampoline. We opted for the model ***. The order went smoothly and delivery was in less than a week. Having the experience of a trampoline bought from large retailers that lasted 4 years before the fabric tore; upon receipt, I noticed the difference in quality: the structure, fabric, and protection are really sturdier and justify the price difference. The only downside is the fragility of the plastic hooks for closing the entrance. The paper manual is a bit lacking, but the tutorial found on YouTube is perfect.

I am satisfied with the purchase of the trampoline. However, the assembly manual is really not up to par. I spent 2 days assembling it. You can take inspiration from the assembly drawings at *** where everything is explained from A to Z.

Hello, fast and careful shipping but did not receive the right color of the hammock. Ordered a Mexican in canary color. Received a white one. But now it is open and comfortable anyway.

This trampoline is very good but the installation instructions are insufficient, the included clamps are not suitable at all, you practically need professional equipment.

If you find that the provided clamp is not sufficient to compress the T-junctions, you could use a standard adjustable wrench to have a bit more force. Super happy with the fast delivery and the attentive sales staff: the trampoline arrived on time for my son's birthday! The trampoline is excellent, the children love it. It is also very well suited to my small garden, its rectangular shape takes up less space than a round one and the children have plenty of room to do different tricks like flips.
