The children are thrilled with the Jump'up trampoline we bought for them and so are we because the material seems to be of good quality. However, several plastic carabiners (connecting the net to the jumping mat) broke during the first uses, but customer service took care of it; they quickly sent us metal carabiners. Apparently, we are not the first ones this has happened to and the company is reviewing the material. Now, everything is fine and the children are having a blast... Let's hope the trampoline ages well.

The descriptions provided also perfectly match the delivered product. No unpleasant surprises at delivery. It was quick. The package arrived intact and the delivery person was friendly. It is recommended to assemble the trampoline with two people. I did it alone (4 hours and 30 minutes of assembly). It can also be done very well. The assembly instructions are of good quality. The product is visibly robust and meets my expectations. It remains to be seen if it will indeed withstand the weather over the long term as promised by the manufacturer. This, I cannot judge yet. Overall, I was very satisfied with this first experience with France Trampoline.

Excellent!!! I contacted customer service following a problem with the fasteners of the mats around the trampoline and the net arch. Although these parts are no longer guaranteed, customer service sent me everything and I received the package 2 days later!!!

This trampoline tent is really great... it protects the children from bad weather, they can play in it even when it rains... In summer it protects from the sun... great the only downside I ordered in blue without paying attention and I prefer it in green because it is brighter, it would be nice if the colors were lighter to take photos without flash... we slept one night in it with mattresses the children loved the experience _ great product that attracts all the friends to our house!!!
